Service Description

I come to your house if it is difficult for you to reach a clinic for various reasons (pain, feeding schedules, other children etc). This is a 90 minute post natal assessment where I check your pelvic mechanics, midline closure, scar (if C-section) and pelvic floor function. You will be advised of any areas that need specific rehabilitation and given guidence on how to start getting back into exercise if that is one of your goals.
