Service Description

Where it is evident that further input is needed, the basic follow up progam offers you the opportunity to buy 3 additional 60 minute sessions at a discount. These can be used close together to create stable change, or spread out over several months to give you the opportunity to check back in and make sure you are progressing as you should. This can be useful if there is a specific goal in mind e.g. an exercise goal, or another pregnancy.
